
Edan Weiner concentrates his practice in commercial litigation from case inception through trial and post-judgment collection proceedings and has extensive experience in federal and state court.
Mr. Weiner represents clients in cases involving breach of contract, business disputes, tortious interference, fraudulent and negligent misrepresentations, trade secret and non-compete litigation, real property litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and creditor/debtor rights. Mr. Weiner is also a licensed patent attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office and provides guidance in transactional matters such as trademark and copyright registration, as well as intellectual property disputes.
Throughout all stages of litigation, Mr. Weiner ensures that his clients are kept well informed of case strategy and case progression.
